Tracy is a professional and committed internationally recognised Training and Development Consultant, specialising in the development, design and delivery of a wide variety of training in the subject areas of: sales and service, leadership and management, training and presentations, human resources, call centre, secretarial and administration, team work, NLP, business skills and interpersonal skills. Tracy regularly delivers both public and in-house, company specific training courses. She also acts as an internal consultant to many international blue chip companies.
She graduated from university with a degree in Business and Finance. She then followed this with her banking exams. She is also a graduate of German from the St. Martins School of languages. She is an NLP Practitioner, a member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Professional Development) and has an international Diploma in Coaching. She has recently qualified as an SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory) profiling practitioner.
As the managing director of STI Ltd for the past 14 years, Tracy is responsible for running an international company. She feels this experience of varied roles including business development, business strategy and human resources enables her to enhance her classroom delivery and consultancy work, with relevant current experience in the marketplace. Before becoming a managing director, her background was 12 years in banking, undertaking a variety of sales and management roles in retail, corporate and private banking sectors, before moving into the position of national sales training and development manager.
As an international consultant trainer she regularly works with a number large variety of blue chip companies, across various industries in the U.K., Channel Isles, Spain, Greece, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Cyprus, Holland, Caribbean, Hong Kong, Singapore, Africa, United Arab Emirates and rest of the Middle East.
She facilitates to a high standard and regularly receives acclaim for the transfer of skills and knowledge to the organisation.
