Sylva is a training and development consultant with over 25 years’ experience in training needs analysis, design and delivery. As a Certified Transactional Analyst and NLP practitioner she brings the very latest thinking and research into her role. She has worked in many large organisations researching, designing and delivering training programs that have made a real difference. Sylva has worked for Sales Training International Ltd for the past 10 years.

Over recent years Sylva has specialised in researching, designing and delivering training programs that deliver exceptional leadership, customer service, telesales and sales results. She also has considerable experience delivering training programs which have been developed by organisations for in-house delivery.

Before becoming a full time trainer Sylva worked in the banking industry in roles including Portfolio Management, Sales Management, IT Implementation and Training on an international basis. When training Sylva prides herself in delivering business-focused events that have a real and positive impact on the business.

Continuous development of her own skills is very important to Sylva. She is a member of the Chartered institute of Personnel and Development, an accredited coach and an NVQ Assessor. Sylva is also an NLP practitioner and she has also recently completed an MSc in Psychotherapy at Middlesex University.

She has worked in the Middle East, the Caribbean and across Europe and lived and worked in Turkey, facilitating in many diverse sectors of industry. Sylva has a wealth of experience in the Financial Services, Marketing, Call Centre, Telecoms and Oil and Gas Sectors.

Sylva creates an atmosphere where delegates can develop knowledge and skills at a pace that suits them. Through the application of simple but effective techniques drawn from Neuro Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis and Social Psychology she has achieved excellent results for her clients.  Her skills as a coach has helped delegates embed their new skills into their work and produced step changes in performance.
