Scott HunterScott Hunter


Scott Hunter is a senior training consultant specialising in personal development, time and stress management, decision making, negotiation, leadership, management, crisis management, coaching and business skills. He is an associate of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), a member of CMI (Charted Management Institute) and an associate of IfL (Institute for Learning).

Scott has a certificate in training from University of West of England and before becoming a training consultant he worked for the UK government in many diverse roles such as senior management, crisis management specialist, hostage negotiator and latterly as a national trainer, developing and delivering training throughout the UK prison service to develop interpersonal skills to effect behavioural change in individuals and teams. In this former role Scott worked with managers and highly specialists employees on hostage negation and crisis management tactics and resolutions.

Recently Scott has been involved in training projects within the UK, Balkans and the Middle East for a wide range of clients from private companies to government organisations. He has designed or delivered courses covering a wide range of topics including performance management, leadership for new managers, leading leaders, coaching, mentoring, change management, crisis management, Role of HR, employee engagement, analysing HR information and interview skill. Scott also delivers CIPD training programmes.

Scott has a passion for delivering dynamic, fun and energetic training that enables learners to take knowledge and transfer it effectively into the workplace.
