Sylva Joliffee from Sales Training International Ltd was recently invited for the second time to our site in Antigua, to deliver a sales targeted training to our telemarketing unit. In both instances Sylva has proven her professionalism in seeking upfront detailed information regarding current procedures and areas for further improvement, in order to build a very focused and to the point training session. The trainings were interactive and theoretical in part, but also the practical implementation and the many valuable tips she provided to the teams during the theoretical training, were invaluable. At no point during the sessions did I noticed a distraction of one of my team members, as Sylva found many ways to keep the attention span high. All agents came back with positive impressions and with the spirit to break their old habits in order to achieve better results.
